I have not received my order?
I contact the Bulles de Ruche team at lancement@beeche.fr.
My product is damaged, what can I do?
Take a picture of the damage and contact us at lancement@beeche.fr. We will replace the damage for you.
What are the delivery times and costs?
We do our best to deliver within 7 working days maximum!
How do I track my order?
You have received by email the delivery note with a Colissimo or Mondial Relay tracking number allowing you to track your order via their customer portals.
I have not received the confirmation email, what should I do?
First of all, check your spam. If not, send us your order number to lancement@beeche.fr.

Does Bulles de Ruche contain gluten?
NO!
Where is Bulles de Ruche produced?
In the Vendée! And the honeys used come from Provence, Picardy, and finally Madagascar.
What is the alcohol content of Bulles de Ruche meads?
4.5% except for sparkling honey water which does not contain alcohol.
